OUR STORY

Where it all began… with a kitchen that smelled like dreams and a little girl doing her homework beside a bowl of melted chocolate.

TCA was born long before we ever named it.
It started in a tiny kitchen where my mom the original chocolate magician spent her days experimenting, stirring, correcting, recreating, and perfecting recipes that could make anyone smile. While other kids came home to dal chawal smells, I came home to a house that permanently smelled like chocolate. (Trust me… not as exciting as it sounds when you’re trying to study.)

I grew up watching her build something out of pure passion.
No fancy schools.
No mentors.
Just grit, late nights, trial and error, and a dream to make desserts that made people feel something.

For the last 10 years, she has run her chocolatier business crafting chocolates, cakes, puddings, waffles and doughnuts that disappear in record time at weddings. And there was one thing that ALWAYS sold out first: the brownies.

TCA isn’t just a brownie brand.

It’s a mother-daughter dream, built on memories, chocolate-stained notebooks, and a belief that food should be personal.

To reinvent how India experiences desserts — by making indulgence customizable, conscious and deeply personal. We want to build a world where every bite tells a story, every customer becomes a creator, and every dessert is crafted with heart and honesty.

To serve brownies that are as delightful as they are customizable, honour a decade of craftsmanship built by a woman who dared to dream, and bring homegrown, passion-driven desserts into the mainstream. We aim to empower customers with choices from ingredients to experience and make every bite feel like comfort, celebration, and creativity rolled into one.
